This home is thoughtfully designed by dear friends and renowned Georgian architects, Sebo Dito & Partners - a studio known for blending modern architecture with deep respect for context and character. With over two decades of experience, the studio crafts elegant, functional spaces that feel both timeless and rooted in place.
With a total area of 59.3 m², the home reflects their signature approach: cozy, efficient, and beautifully balanced. The 23 m² open-plan living room and kitchen is bathed in natural light from large windows, creating a bright, inviting atmosphere. Two 11.3 m² bedrooms provide a calm, private retreat.
